Mix Martial Arts (MMA)

This MMA class will focus on self defense techniques as well as MMA techniques used in mixed combat.
Students can expect to learn about fighting standing up and on the ground. Because MMA is a physical
sport, we will spend some time to develop strength and endurance which are necessary for all martial
arts. The class is made for everyone including beginners.
