kickboxing

This class will introduce basic kick boxing techniques incorporating punching, kicking, knees and elbow combinations. Open to all levels from beginner to experience. Classes begin with a light warm up including stretching and then moves on to pad work and light sparring. Classes usually end with some basic conditioning and finishing stretches. All are welcome
